Lakeside is a detached, converted barn set in ten acres of grounds, which includes the owners' home.

Within the grounds a lake attracts a wide variety of wildlife. Young and old will enjoy the shared GAMES ROOM, which has a pool table, tabletop football, television and a games console (a small charge applies for pool and football). Lakeside has a large courtyard for parking, a small grassed area and a patio, which is fully enclosed. Three steps lead from the courtyard onto the patio with two steps leading up to a smaller seating area, ideal for a barbecue. Inside, the contemporary design includes a beautiful bespoke kitchen/diner and a mezzanine living area with a large picture window to maximise the far-reaching views. From the kitchen/diner there are doors leading out onto the patio.

Nearest Coastline: Bideford Quay, the beaches of Saunton Sands and Croyde Bay.

Tourist Attractions: The Great Western Canal, Bickleigh Castle, Crealy Adventure Park, Quince Honey Farm and The Big Sheep. Traffic free cycling on the Tarka Trail, fishing in the Rivers Taw and Exe. Take in the magnificent views of Exmoor and Dartmoor either on foot or on horseback.
