Newton Ferrers sits on the banks of the Yealm Estuary, surrounded by
ancient woodland and creeks. This sheltered and picturesque setting
is teeming with wildlife and offers excellent walking, boating,
sailing and fishing. The village has a popular pub, Post Office and
butcher’s shop and at low tide the creek can be crossed by foot to
Noss Mayo, where there are two waterside pubs.
Built on a hillside, Inchcape
is a detached, south-facing house with a delightful terraced garden
and wonderful estuary views. The master bedroom has stunning views
from its private balcony and the double bedroom also enjoys estuary
views.
The open plan living area is
on two levels and from the lounge sliding doors lead onto the
balcony with steps down to the garden. Here you will find the
stylish Summer Room which has a double convertible sofa, wet room,
under floor heating, a fridge and kettle and glass doors opening
onto the first level of the garden.
