Enjoying the mild Cornish climate, St Neot is a wonderful location for a family holiday. Guests at Hole Barn are free to explore the 18 acres of grounds that surround the property, including a bluebell wood and a small stream, which will keep the children amused for hours. This attractive holiday home has been designed with reverse levels; the living rooms have delightful rural views and the lounge, complete with woodburner, has comfortable, plush sofas. The owners have installed solar panels to provide green electricity. There is a private, enclosed garden with view across the standing stones to the fields beyond. Attached to Hole Barn is a small office that is occasionally used by the owner.

Nearest Beaches: The beaches of Whitsand Bay and the fishing harbours at Looe and Polperro.

Tourist Attractions: Plymouth Dome, The Eden Project, Flambards, The National Marine Aquarium with evening entertainment and shops at Plymouth’s historic Barbican.
