Heath Lodge is a beautiful, reverse level semi-detached property sitting above the traditional fishing village of Brixham. Most of the rooms have spectacular views across Tor bay from Thatcher Rock to Berry Head. Beautifully furnished with the attention to detail that creates a home of distinction, the style is contemporary and welcoming. To the front of the house is a delightful paved patio area, with colourful flower boxes and tubs, which enjoys the evening sun; a table and chairs are provided making it ideal for a glass of wine on a balmy evening. There is also a larger sitting out area looking across the owner's garden and out to sea, with chairs and loungers. In the winter months, sit in the warm cosy lounge and watch as the sea comes hurtling into the harbour below or enjoy a bracing walk across nearby Berry Head.

Brixham has two main beaches, both within walking distance, Breakwater Beach and Fishcombe Cove. In the summer it is a delight to wander around the harbour and the maze of narrow streets, watch the fishermen and enjoy freshly caught fish and chips. Now a nature reserve, this ancient area was once part of Britain's vital coastal defences, and has helped to shape the character of the town today. With all the other interesting places there are to see in Torbay and beyond Heath Lodge makes an ideal base.
