Set in the grounds of West Beer Farm, surrounded by seven acres of woodland and rural countryside, this superb barn conversion is designed and furnished to a high standard. Doors lead from the lounge onto a large, enclosed lawn and patio areas with garden furniture and a barbecue. A woodburner and large, comfortable sofas in the lounge provide a warm, cosy atmosphere during the winter months and the attractive spacious kitchen/diner, with stone floors and oak beams, is perfect for family dining. Both bedrooms overlook the garden or patio and are tastefully furnished with a hydro shower in the en-suite bathroom.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Exmouth, Dawlish Warren and Teignmouth.

	Tourist Attractions: Crealy and Woodlands Adventure Parks, the River Dart Country Park. The Quay in Exeter is a popular riverside location with a cycle path, restaurants, craft shops, live music, canoes and pedaloes.
