Situated in the rural village of Cheriton Bishop on the edge of Dartmoor, Heamoor Lodge is ideal for couples or families wishing to explore the heart of Devon. Set in the grounds of West Beer Farm, with seven acres of surrounding woodland and rural countryside, this superb barn conversion is designed and furnished to a high standard throughout. Doors lead from the lounge onto a large, enclosed lawn and patio areas with garden furniture and a barbecue. A woodburner and large, comfortable sofas in the lounge provide a warm, cosy atmosphere during the winter months and the attractive spacious kitchen/diner, with stone floors and oak beams, is perfect for family dining. Both bedrooms overlook the garden or patio, are tastefully furnished and the hydro shower in the en-suite bathroom is an invigorating experience!

	Dartmoor, with its ponies and impressive rugged landscape, Canonteign Falls, home to England’s highest waterfall, and the Miniature Pony Centre are all easily accessible by car and the sandy beaches at Exmouth and Dawlish Warren are ideal for safe bathing and water sports. For energetic, fun-filled days out, Crealy Adventure Park, Woodlands and the River Dart Country Park are not to be missed. Exeter, with its magnificent cathedral, is excellent for shopping and also offers a variety of pubs, restaurants and lively nightlife. The Quay in Exeter is a popular riverside location with a cycle path, restaurants, craft shops, live music, canoes and pedaloes – something for all the family!
