Bossiney and its neighbour Tintagel are places of mystery, myth and magic. Grange Farm is next to the famous Bossiney Mound, which was a motte and bailey castle built soon after the Norman conquests. This large property was originally two cottages. Stairs from the lounge lead to two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a shower room. At the other end of the house, via another staircase, are the three other bedrooms and a bathroom making the house ideal for the extended family or two families sharing.

The conservatory is home to a six-foot pool table, supplied with the equipment for billiards, snooker and pool; spectators can sink into the leather sofas in the adjoining sitting room and watch the match! Both the conservatory and the dining area of the large kitchen have doors onto the garden, where there are two picnic tables, a gas barbecue and a pond, which has been fenced for safety.

In the lounge there are exposed beams and stone walls, a large electric woodburner and a flat screen television, as well as a quiet corner with leather Chesterfield chairs and a selection of videos and books. There are stables close to the property and, from the garden, visitors can enjoy watching the horses being trained in the outdoor school or shod at the adjacent barn where the farrier works.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Bossiney Cove, Trebarwith Strand, Widemouth Bay, Crackington Haven and Polzeath.

Tourist Attractions: King Arthur’s Great Halls and The Old Post Office in Tintagel, The Witches’ Museum in Boscastle. Further afield, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The Eden Project and The Tate Gallery at St Ives. Cycling along the Camel Trail, surfing and water sports, walking and bird watching. Tintagel Playing Fields with skate park, tennis courts and play area.
