This lovely, converted granary is ideally situated for visiting Cornwall's many wonderful attractions and is only nine miles from the north and south coastlines. Adjoining the owner's house, it is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Personal touches and attention to detail make it extra special; a selection of toiletries in the bathroom, prints and pictures in all rooms and a choice of books, games and local videos to enjoy. The spacious lounge/diner has a comfortable leather suite, pine dining table and flame effect fire for cosy evenings. Both bedrooms are decorated in pretty pastel shades and the bathroom has a fun sea life theme. The cottage has a private gated courtyard, with space for a boat and trailer and attractive gardens with a natural spring, pond water feature and stream. The cottage is on one of the roads between Bodmin and St Austell giving easy access to places of interest nearby including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, The National Trust gardens of Trerice, Glendurgan, Trelissick and Lanhydrock. The more energetic can hire cycles from Bodmin and travel the scenic Camel Trail to Wadebridge or Padstow. On the north coast, Polzeath is popular for surfing and the sandy beach of Rock is excellent for sailing and water-skiing. Travel south to Par Sands or Fowey for river trips and fishing.
