This converted granary is ideally situated for visiting Cornwall's many wonderful attractions and is only ten miles from the north and south coastlines. Adjoining the owner's house, the cottage is very close to the road between Bodmin and St Austell giving easy access to nearby places of interest. The spacious lounge/diner has a comfortable leather suite, pine dining table and flame effect fire. Both bedrooms are decorated in pretty pastel shades and the bathroom has a fun sea life theme. The cottage has space for a boat and trailer as well as attractive gardens with a natural spring water feature and stream.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Rock, Polzeath, Par Sands and Fowey.

Tourist Attractions: The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, the National Trust gardens of Trerice, Glendurgan, Trelissick and Lanhydrock. River trips and fishing are available at Fowey. Cycling on the Camel Trail. Surfing, water sports, bird watching and walking. The Camel Valley Vineyard at Nanstallon.
