This lovely, converted granary is ideally situated for visiting Cornwall's many wonderful attractions and is only nine miles from the north and south coastlines. Adjoining the owner's house, it is furnished and decorated to a high standard. Personal touches and attention to detail make it extra special; there is a selection of toiletries in the bathroom and a choice of books, games and local videos. The spacious lounge/diner has a comfortable leather suite, pine dining table and flame effect fire for cosy evenings. Both bedrooms are decorated in pretty pastel shades and the bathroom has a fun sea life theme.

The cottage has space for a boat and trailer as well as attractive gardens with a natural spring water feature and stream. The cottage is very close to the road between Bodmin and St Austell giving easy access to nearby places of interest including the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the National Trust gardens of Trerice, Glendurgan, Trelissick and Lanhydrock. More energetic guests can hire cycles from Bodmin and travel the scenic Camel Trail to Wadebridge or Padstow. On the north coast, Polzeath is popular for surfing and the sandy beach of Rock is excellent for sailing and water-skiing. Travel south to Par Sands or Fowey for river trips and fishing.
