Fisherman’s Cottage is a unique Grade II listed building with an abundance of character and charm. Over 600 years old, the wonderful undulating tiled roof, cobbled courtyard and intricate stonework is testament to craftsmen of a bygone era. Inside, the cottage has been completely refurbished and although small, is a lovely standard throughout. The open plan living area has comfy leather chairs, a flame effect electric fire within a stone fireplace and a rustic dining table and chairs. The cottage is mostly on one level but there is a small step up to the double bed and a steep step down to the shower room. Outside there are four steps leading up to a decked area at the front of the cottage with a bench seat; there is also a sunny patio to the rear of the property with sea views.The cottage is situated on the main route from Tintagel to Boscastle, within walking distance of Tintagel and the sandy beach at Bossiney Haven.
