No longer a working farm, this impressive detached property, adjacent to the owners' home, offers spacious and stylish accommodation. The kitchen/diner is a huge, welcoming room with a Heritage range oven and a magnificent dining table, perfect for a celebratory banquet. The sumptuous lounge has a high vaulted ceiling and stairs, which lead to a reading/relaxing room on the mezzanine floor. Exposed stone walls and wooden beams add character and charm and the under floor heating on the ground floor keeps the farmhouse warm and cosy. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms and there is also a family bathroom. To the front of the farmhouse there is a large enclosed garden with a field beyond. Easten Bowtan Farm is only three miles from Tavistock, a picturesque market town which nestles between the Dartmoor National Park and the Cornish border.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Wembury, Bovisand and Whitsand Bay.
