With panoramic views overlooking Whitsand Bay, Dolphin's Gaze is a modern, detached house in a superb location only a short stroll from the sandy, sheltered beach of Portwrinkle. The house has some special features including a HOT TUB in the garden with sea views. Dolphin's Gaze is built on a hillside and has been designed to maximise enjoyment of the views; glass doors lead from the living room into a bright sun lounge with a balcony. The stylish lounge is warm and welcoming with leather seating and an open fire for those cooler evenings. In the dining area there is a large wooden dining table with seating for ten. The lovely bedrooms, all with sea views, are beautifully decorated and furnished.

Each floor has its own shower/bathroom. The double garage has been converted into a GAMES ROOM with a pool table, dartboard, table top football, an arcade machine with 150 popular games and comfy seating. The roof of the games room, reached via steps from the garden, has been transformed into a sun deck, railed for safety and perfect for a barbecue with stunning, panoramic views.

Nearest Coastline: The beach at Portwrinkle is right on your doorstep accessed via steepish paths. Looe can be reached via the South West Coast Path or drive to the pretty harbour village of Polperro.

Tourist Attractions: The National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth, enjoy a show at the Theatre Royal or explore the cobbled streets of the Barbican. Further afield are the Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. The Whitsand Bay Hotel and golf course offers a truly unique location and daily green fees are available.
