Copper Beech Cottage
is a self-contained wing of a large Victorian country house.
Surrounded by beautiful gardens and overlooking a large paddock, it
is the perfect spot to spend a restful and relaxing holiday. It is
furnished with old pine furniture and pretty soft furnishings that
complement the period and character of the cottage. The up-to-date,
country style kitchen contains all that you need, though once you
discover the delicious food at the Two Mile Oak, (20 minutes walk)
you may not want to cook at all. Also nearby is Dainton Golf Club,
where daily membership is available and, for recent enthusiasts, no
handicap certificate is required. There is also a good restaurant
where you can dine after your game. The nearby towns of Newton Abbot
and Totnes, famous for its Elizabethan market, have a good selection
of shops both large and small. The coast at Torbay is only 15
minutes drive to the south and Dartmoor is about 20 minutes to the
west; an ideal holiday location. |
