You get a tantalising glimpse of the sea before descending into the beautiful valley of Crockwood Farm. No longer a working farm, it has a tranquil country setting where you are free to wander through the acres of grounds which include a pine forest, stream and a lake. The top meadow is perfect for children, with a specially built play area with swings, slide and rope ladders to entertain all ages, as well as space for ball games and kite flying. From here, you have a beautiful view of the coastline and the energetic can walk to the sea.

Coombe Cottage is a detached cottage, the perfect retreat for couples. There are lovely views over the coombe and the patio catches the sun throughout the day. The cottage has a stable door, which leads into the open plan living area with exposed beams and whitewashed walls.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Bude and Widemouth Bay.

Tourist Attractions: The Milky Way, The Big Sheep and the cobbled streets of Clovelly. There are lifeguard patrolled beaches at Bude with surfing tuition available and canoeing on Bude Canal.
