The little towns of Totnes, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are all within easy reach of Colmer. They are full of character with delightful shops, restaurants and waterside hostelries. Local delicacies include Dart Salmon and a wide range of local cheeses, all of which can be washed down with a glass of wine from the local Sharpham vineyard. The many South Hams beaches include Bigbury-on-Sea, from where you can reach Burgh Island on foot or by sea tractor.

Miller’s Loft is part of what was originally the old mill and granary. It has a pretty front garden with a picnic bench and parasol and is centrally situated for all the facilities on the Estate. Inside, the living room has comfortable leather sofas with cream and terracotta soft furnishings.

Indoor Facilities
On the first floor of the INDOOR POOL complex is a FITNESS ROOM with a range of cardio-vascular exercise equipment. The small GAMES ROOM has a pool table.

Outdoor Facilities
The OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL is occasionally fed by a waterfall, which tumbles over the mouth of a cave, which houses a BARBECUE and TABLE TENNIS. For younger children, there are swings and a large, cabin style Wendy house that has a slide down the roof. Older children will love the Woodland Adventure Play Area.
