The village of Henton, in the parish of Wookey, is situated just four miles from the beautiful city of Wells and lies between the Somerset Levels and the Mendip Hills. The surrounding countryside is a haven for wildlife and excellent for walking, horse riding and nature watching. This original coach house is opposite the farmhouse within the grounds of Church Farm, which is now just a residential property. This charming, detached cottage provides comfortable, homely accommodation in a lovely, peaceful setting with wonderful views of the Mendip Hills. The sunny kitchen looks out over the garden and from the lounge sliding doors open onto a small patio with garden furniture and views across the owner's gardens to the hills beyond. Upstairs there are two pretty bedrooms with far-reaching views from the double bedroom.

Whether you're looking for a relaxing holiday or days full of adventure then Somerset will not disappoint. Nearby are the spectacular Wookey Hole Caves, Glastonbury Tor, Longleat House, Stourhead House and the stunning Cheddar Gorge. Wells, England's smallest city has a magnificent cathedral, unusual shops and historic inns. At Bath you can enjoy Britain's only natural thermal spring waters. For sandy beaches and seaside entertainment then Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-Super-Mare are within easy reach.
