Berry Pomeroy is a
small hamlet surrounded by land belonging to the Duke of Somerset in
the beautiful South Hams. Chestnut Barn is one of a number of luxury
barn conversions on the edge of the hamlet. Inside, the barn has an
unusual design; the ground floor is on two levels with four steps
leading from the stylish lounge to the bright, contemporary
kitchen/diner, which has French doors leading to a shared courtyard.
To the rear of the property there is an enclosed patio, which has a
garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue and access to two
acres of communal grounds. Chestnut Barn has a traditional ambience
with thick walls, low-level windows and wooden beams. The main
bedroom has an en-suite shower room and a dressing room and there is
underfloor heating throughout.

English Riviera - Torquay, Paignton and Brixham, the South Hams
beaches of Bantham and Bigbury-on-Sea.
