Captain’s Rest and
Miner’s Lodge are attached barn
conversions affording a very high standard of accommodation and
facilities, featuring underfloor heating, bespoke kitchens and
quality furniture and fittings throughout. They share a Games Barn /
utility room with a pool table, dartboard and secure storage space
for bikes, wetsuits and surf boards. You are welcome to enjoy the
several acres of adjoining fields where children can have a game of
football or exercise the dogs. To the front of the cottages is a
large sandstone patio with garden furniture and each cottage has its
own private garden. There are plenty of parking spaces situated
outside the gated entrance to the cottages.
Captain’s Rest is a wonderful property, very spacious and
comfortable for six people. The lovely open plan living area has
tiled floors with underfloor heating and from the lounge two steps
lead out to the rear patio and garden, which is private and
enclosed. The pretty bedrooms have coordinated soft furnishings and
a stair gate is provided for the twin bedroom, which is open to the
stairs. The twin bedroom has access to a stone staircase leading
down to the front patio.

A £100 refundable Security Deposit is payable.

washbasin.
