Heralded as one of the main gateway towns to Dartmoor, Bovey Tracey is an excellent base from which to explore the stunning scenery, historic sights and wealth of attractions that abound in this region of Devon. The town sits astride the River Bovey, beneath the rolling foothills leading up to the high moor. Brookfield is situated at the end of a short lane, just outside the town centre in an elevated position with fields to the rear and distant views of the moors.

Brookfield is a semi-detached bungalow, decorated in attractive pastel shades, and is very spacious and light. The kitchen and dining room both have distant views of the moors. Sliding doors lead from the lounge into the pretty garden which has a table and chairs, a large sloping lawn, driveway and a carport to the side of the bungalow.

	Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Teignmouth and Shaldon. The spectacular South Devon towns of Dartmouth, Totnes, Salcombe and Torquay. Tourist Attractions: Becky Falls Woodland Park, The House of Marbles with glass blowing demonstrations and the Dartmoor towns of Bovey Tracey, Moretonhampstead and Chagford.
