Bovey Tracey is home to the internationally renowned Devon Guild of Craftsmen, which is based in the Grade II listed Riverside Mill with galleries, craft showrooms and The Terrace café. Local attractions include the House of Marbles, with glass blowing and a history of Bovey Pottery and there are also numerous walking and cycling routes. Dartmoor, which covers 365 square miles, with sheltered valleys, rugged moorlands, granite tors and cascading waterfalls, is right on your doorstep; Dartmouth, Totnes, Dawlish and Torbay are also within easy reach. The varied and spectacular South Devon coastline and beaches are about ten miles away. Brookfield and Westbrook are situated at the end of a short lane, just outside the village centre in an elevated position with fully enclosed sloping gardens, fields to the rear and distant views of the moors.

Brookfield is a semi-detached bungalow, attached to Westbrook. Decorated in attractive pastel shades the property is very spacious and light. All rooms lead off the large hall, which is great for storing walking equipment or children’s paraphernalia. The kitchen and dining room both have distant views of the moors. Sliding doors lead from the lounge into the pretty garden which has a table and chairs, a large sloping lawn, driveway and a carport to the side of the bungalow.
