Bospeeth is situated in the small hamlet of Halvasso, two miles outside of Penryn and within five miles of the historic port of Falmouth. This lovely, rural landscape is dotted with a handful of houses set amongst fields and farmlands. Within a short drive are fabulous beaches, numerous family attractions and beautiful gardens. Bospeeth, meaning a 'well', is a detached barn conversion situated on the owners' 13-acre farmstead. No longer a working farm you are welcome to wander the fields and dog owners may safely exercise their pets.

	Bospeeth has a gated gravel drive and courtyard, sunny patio with garden furniture and barbeque with views over the fields plus parking space for cars, boats and trailers. Nearby Falmouth and the scenic Helford River offer wonderful opportunities for watersport and boat enthusiasts. Inside, the barn is unusual in design; the ground floor is on three slightly different levels with three steps between the bright, contemporary dining area and kitchen and two steps leading from the kitchen to the twin bedrooms and bathroom. Upstairs, the spacious lounge is furnished in a blend of antique and modern and the high raftered ceiling adds to the feeling of space and light. The extra table and chairs is ideal for family board games and a selection of games and books are provided. There are rural walks locally and the South Coast beaches are only five miles away. Gardens to visit include Glendurgan, Penjerrick, Trebah and the world famous Eden Project. The bustling town of Falmouth offers harbourside pubs, craft shops, restaurants and The National Maritime Museum. Popular family attractions include Flambards Theme Park, The National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek and Poldark Mine near Helston. Note: Friday Changeover. Non-smokers Only.
