Within walking distance is Paignton Zoo, an environmental park with a worldwide reputation for conservation, or you can board the Dart Valley steam train at the station just down from the beach.

Nearest Coastline: Goodrington Sands, the beaches of the English Riviera and the charming fishing port of Brixham.
