The village of Colaton Raleigh lies in the beautiful Otter Valley, between Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton and within five miles of the East Devon coast and World Heritage Site. The stunning scenery is best viewed on foot and there are excellent walks. The Blueball Farm properties are Blueball Farmhouse, a beautifully renovated old farmhouse, Blueball Barn and Blueball Dairy, adjoining converted barns, and Leat Cottage. All the properties are built to an exceptionally high standard and with meticulous attention to detail. They have beautiful fitted kitchens, lovely bedrooms in pastel shades, attractive bathrooms with mosaic tiling and comfortable living rooms with woodburners. The floors are either oak or limestone with under floor heating on the ground floors. The Blueball properties are situated just off the main village road and the large garden of the Farmhouse fronts onto this road. The location is ideal for visiting the coast at Sidmouth or Exmouth, or inland to Exeter, Honiton and Axminster. The local pub, The Otter Inn, is a two-minute walk and offers a wide variety of food, real ales and a popular Sunday carvery. Families are welcome and there is a beer garden. The magnificent gardens of Bicton Park are only half a mile away with Escot Garden Maze and Fantasy Woodland a little further. From the village, a delightful path follows the River Otter to Otterton where you can visit the water mill with gallery, bakery and restaurant.

	Blueball Barn (Sleeps 6 + cot) Blueball Barn is a two-storey building with a bright and spacious kitchen/diner, which has views to the garden. There is a separate lounge with a woodburner, furnished in warm terracotta shades, and French doors opening onto the patio. Upstairs, there is a galleried landing leading to the attractive bedrooms and bathroom, all with views of the garden. There is an interconnecting, soundproofed door leading from the kitchen into Blueball Dairy. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge. Kitchen/Diner. WC with washbasin. Blueball Dairy (Sleeps 4 + cot) Blueball Dairy is all on one level and has a wonderful lounge, decorated in restful shades of green, with exposed ceiling beams and a woodburner. There are two steps up to the hallway leading to the kitchen/diner, which opens onto the patio through a stable door. The two pretty bedrooms are decorated in pastel shades with pine furniture. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge. Kitchen/Diner. WC with washbasin. Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, shower WC and washbasin.
