The Blueball properties are situated just off the main village road and the large garden of the Farmhouse fronts onto this road. The location is ideal for visiting the coast at Sidmouth or Exmouth, or inland to Exeter, Honiton and Axminster. The local pub, The Otter Inn, is a two-minute walk and offers a wide variety of food, real ales and a popular Sunday carvery. Families are welcome and there is a beer garden. The magnificent gardens of Bicton Park are only half a mile away with Escot Garden Maze and Fantasy Woodland a little further. From the village, a delightful path follows the River Otter to Otterton where you can visit the water mill with gallery, bakery and restaurant.

Blueball Barn is a two-storey building with a bright and spacious kitchen/diner, which has views to the garden. There is a separate lounge with a woodburner, furnished in warm terracotta shades, and French doors opening onto the patio. Upstairs, there is a galleried landing leading to the attractive bedrooms and bathroom, all with views of the garden. There is an interconnecting, soundproofed door leading from the kitchen into Blueball Dairy.
