The village of Ugborough, in the beautiful South Hams is centred around the former market square and with its ancient buildings, including the Church, is a designated Conservation Area. There are two pubs, both popular for food, a Post Office, shop and a children’s play park. Birdsong is an attractive, semi-detached, holiday home close to the village square, in a quiet cul-de-sac. The house is bright and full of colour with a sunny kitchen/diner, three attractive bedrooms and a lovely, tiered garden with colourful shrubs and clematis. Sliding doors open from the lounge onto the fully enclosed garden with steps leading up to a patio with garden furniture, barbecue and chiminea. Modern and comfortably furnished the house is ideally situated to explore both coast and countryside. Dartmoor National Park is within two miles and the stunning scenery offers great opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding and golf.

	The beaches in the South Hams are considered amongst the most beautiful in Devon and with Mothecombe, Bantham, Thurlestone and Bigbury-on-Sea within ten miles, you are spoilt for choice. Visit Totnes for unusual arts and craft shops and you can also take a boat trip along the River Dart to Dartmouth. Ivybridge is three miles away, and for a city experience, Plymouth has great shops, theatres, cinemas and restaurants, not forgetting the National Marine Aquarium, historic Barbican and Hoe. Young families will enjoy a visit to nearby Pennywell Farm and Wildlife centre. Check Availability at Birdsong Note: Non-Smokers Only. Saturday Changeover.
