Overlooking the sea in the small, harbour town of Watchet, Beach View is the ideal coastal retreat for couples and families. This attractive cottage is just a stone’s throw from the local shops, restaurants and pubs and a short walk to the marina, steam railway and museum, depicting the fascinating history of Watchet. A number of delights await you at Beach View including the large decked patio with far reaching sea views. The open plan living area is furnished with stylish leather sofas, dark wood furniture and nautical items, including a ship’s clock, a barometer, ship’s lighting and an antique diver’s helmet. Sliding glass doors open onto the patio so that even on blustery winter days the ever changing moods of the sea can be enjoyed from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. The twin bedroom is bright and cheery in shades of blue and the master bedroom has a beautiful, ornate four-poster bed.

Nearest Coastline: Watchet Harbour and the beaches of Helwell Bay, Blue Anchor Bay and Minehead.

Tourist Attractions: The National Trust castle at Dunster and the West Somerset Steam Railway. Fossil hunting at Helwell Bay, scenic walks and horse riding in the Quantock Hills and Exmoor National Park.
