Badger Holt Barn is a unique barn conversion in the Mendip Hills where guests can wander in 40 acres of fields and woodland, with breathtaking views of the countryside. Badgers frequently shelter and play in the copse nearby, where their fascinating antics can be watched from the spacious conservatory or, occasionally, from the patio area at dusk and where children can have great fun building a den or camp in the woods. In addition to a woodburner in the lounge, the property also has under floor heating which can be thermostatically controlled in each room. The Mediterranean-style kitchen has a breakfast bar which is an informal alternative to dining in the conservatory. After a long, brisk walk or a lazy day relaxing by the fire, you can take an invigorating shower in the wet room, or enjoy a long soak in a fabulous spa bath which has a waterfall, music, mood lighting and water maintained at a constant temperature to suit you! One of the most appealing qualities Badger Holt Barn has to offer is that many of the luxury facilities have been thoughtfully and empathically designed to meet the requirements of guests with limited mobility, so they too can enjoy a comfortable stay in the countryside. There is even an outside tap and old towels provided for dogs with muddy paws! Badger Holt Barn is an ideal location for exploring Somerset and the surrounding areas including the beaches at Weston-Super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea and attractions such as Longleat, Bristol Zoo, the Roman Baths and Clarks Village.

	Famous landmarks include Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Wells Cathedral, Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge. For transport enthusiasts there is Haynes Motor Museum, the Fleet Air Arm Museum and the East Somerset Railway to name but a few. Additional facilities include access ramps and a Stannah stairlift. A shower chair and support frame are available if required. Access to Badger Holt Barn is along a well-maintained track (pictured below). Note: Non-Smokers Only. Friday Changeover.
