Just five miles from the
coast, set in the beautiful Dorset countryside, Allviews Cottage is
a charming detached holiday retreat. Located on a quiet lane, the
property dates back to the mid 19th century and is full of
character. The lounge has wooden beams and a multi-fuel burner sits
in the fireplace, ideal for cooler evenings. Upstairs the attractive
bedrooms have sloping ceilings and deep windowsills where you can
sit and enjoy the fabulous views. The large enclosed garden is a
safe haven for children to play or watch the sheep in the adjacent
field. Just a short walk away is the award winning Shave Cross Inn
with its great range of cuisine, fine wines and ales; the lovely
beer garden is perfect for warm summer evenings.
The market town of Bridport is
close by where you can find cafes, pubs, historic buildings and a
variety of shops selling fresh local produce.
Nearest Coastline:
Seatown, West Bay, Charmouth and Lyme Regis.
Tourist Attractions:
Mapperton House and Gardens, Cerne Abbas and Corfe Castle,
Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens, Seaton Tramway, Forde
