Commission

Our basic commission is 20% + VAT but we have a policy of rewarding our owners for their loyalty and support by reducing this in subsequent years.

As an introductory offer for new owners joining us for the remainder of 2008 and 2009, this reduced rate of 18% + VAT is available from the start.

We make no charges for photographs or for space in our brochure or on our website.  Nor do we charge a registration fee.

Inspections and Grades

We regularly inspect all the properties on our books and publish a 'Sun Grading'; 1-5 Suns.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND properties which have a high standard of furnishings and décor and a few exceptional properties are awarded a 'Golden Butterfly'.

Insurance

All self-catering holiday properties must have public liability insurance, as well as buildings and contents insurance for holiday letting.  Your Property Manager can give you details of a policy which has been specially designed for this purpose.

Taxes and Rates

Our Property Managers can offer advice on financial matters relating to holiday letting, including Council Tax, Business Rates, Income Tax and V.A.T.
