Financial Matters Commission Our basic commission is 20% + VAT but we have a policy of rewarding our owners for their loyalty and support by reducing this in subsequent years. We make no charges for photographs or for space in our brochure or on our website. Nor do we charge a registration fee. Inspections and Grades
We regularly inspect all the properties on our books and publish a Sun Grading of up to 5 Suns. In addition to the Sun Grading, properties can be awarded HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if they incorporate a very high standard of furnishings, fitments and décor. Insurance All self-catering holiday properties must have public liability insurance, as well as buildings and contents insurance for holiday letting. Your Property Manager can give you details of a policy which has been specially designed for this purpose. |

Taxes and Rates Our Property Managers can offer advice on some financial matters relating to holiday letting, including Council Tax and Business Rates. We would recommend that you seek professional advice from your accountant or a regulated financial authority on issues relating to VAT or Income Tax. |
