Our Team Booking Office West Country Cottages offers hundreds of properties in a variety of locations – coastal, moorland, forest and National Parks, retreats for two and large holiday homes for an extended family. The brochure and the website help to guide holidaymakers to the property they want, but the selection is wide and the right choice is important. Our booking office team are looked on as friends by many of our holidaymakers. They know our portfolio almost as well as our Property Managers do, and they'll soon get to know your property. Even the website bookings often come at the end of a lengthy relationship by e-mail or phone. Many of our holidaymakers and owners, and most of our staff, have been with us for years. Your Property Manager The first person you will meet from West Country Cottages will be a Property Manager, who will work with you throughout our partnership. Take advantage of their expertise, as they know your area and they know what holidaymakers want. They also know the things you can do to ensure that your property books more effectively. |

An introductory visit from a Property Manager is friendly, free of charge and without obligation. They will explain our services in more detail and answer any questions. They will also make a full assessment of your property and suggest an appropriate Rent Band. Our Property Managers do not work on commission so they can give you a realistic estimate of the annual income you could expect. Our income is tied to your income, so you can rest assured that we have a strong incentive to maximise your return. After the visit, we will send you a written Agreement confirming the details discussed. We are just a phone call or e-mail away, so you can always clarify or amend anything you are unsure about. We then await your decision. Once we have your signed Agreement we will publish your property details and start taking bookings. |
