in the header of the main index files, e.g. devon.htm

to enable the popup windows containing the rent bands

include the line

<script language="JavaScript" src="./javascript/rentbandpopups2.js"></script>

in the header of properties which are part of a group and have a list of the group's properties above the map

also use in highly recommended properties for new popup
